Physical Assessment
The physical assessment of your body’s current state of health and functionality allows us to develop your physical profile and your effective, individual exercise programme.

Our assessment includes:

  • Blood pressure and resting heart rate analysis
  • Body Mass Index
  • Body Fat percentage
  • Hip to waist ratio analysis
  • Muscle balance/imbalance
  • Postural and movement analysis
  • Core stability function testing

Nutrition and Lifestyle
Your Nutrition and Lifestyle assessments are based on a series of detailed questionnaires and a food diary, to profile your current eating and lifestyle habits. From this we construct the positive, realistic lifestyle changes that are key to long term change.

Fitness Training
Your Training begins with an initial stage of corrective exercise, based on your physical profile. Throughout this stage, any postural disorders, core stability deficits or muscle strength/flexibility imbalances are corrected.

After this initial stage your periodised programme develops through a number of different stages, designed to challenge your strength, fitness, speed and co-ordination; taking you step by step towards your true health goals.
