John has extensive qualifications in fitness instruction, nutrition,
exercise prescription and personal training, with experience in elite
level sport including playing rugby for England U18’s, competing in
athletics, and training for mixed martial arts. John passionately
believes in the balance of a true health lifestyle and enjoys its
