For each of our Wellbeing & Fitness programs, we have a 10 week price package.
Personal Training Session (One to One)
£45.00 per individual session
One a Week Package 10 sessions £400
This package equates to 1 Personal Training session per week for a 10 week period, with an exercise, nutrition
and lifestyle management plan to follow between sessions. Email and phone support is also provided.
Two a Week Package 20 sessions £700
This package is more intensive, consisting of 2 training sessions per week for the 10 week period. It provides a
higher level of supervision and a more detailed exercise program that allows you to experience a greater range of
training methods.
Three a Week Package 30 sessions £900
The Three a Week Package includes 3 training sessions per week. This level of training is ideally suited to clients
who want to maximise their gains and enjoy the benefits of complete conditioning.
Group Training (Groups of up to 4 people)
£35.00 per person, per individual session
£300.00 per person, 10 sessions
Group training gives you expert tuition and guidance, while adding an element of competitive fun to your sessions.
You gain all the benefits of a Wellbeing & Fitness program, while saving money, by training with your friends or

All training packages are preceded by an in-depth assessment, designed to ensure you gain maximum benefit from your training
program. Payment is due before your program starts, by cheque or bank transfer. Single sessions are to be settled upon completion.
We do not accept Credit or Debit cards. Receipts will be provided via email upon request. |
