Program Design

     We also offer an exercise program design service. This suits clients that have experience in regular exercise, and
     access to fitness equipment at home or at their gym.

     It involves one regular monthly session, during which we guide you through your program and perform fitness
     assessments to monitor your progress. You then follow the program and nutritional advice (clearly presented and
     easy to follow) on your own. This is a very cost effective way of receiving our expert advice and a tailor made
     exercise program, which takes all the guess work out of reaching your goals.

     The sessions usually last between 1 and 2 hours, and prices start at £50 per session. This includes your written
     exercise plan, and continued support and guidance between sessions via phone and email direct to your trainer.
