     After an initial consultation, and once we fully understand your individual needs and goals, we will discuss which      programme is best suited to you.

     We combine exercise, nutrition and natural herbal remedies to make permanent, meaningful changes to your      wellbeing and fitness.

     We have three fast and effective training regimes which we adapt according to your current health and fitness, and      your individual goals so that you enjoy optimum results – quickly and easily. Each regime can be completed over
     10 weeks.
