     Results
     We expect hard work and commitment from our clients. Our two week re-assessments, daily food diary, and
     recorded adjustments to your lifestyle will provide the evidence needed to ensure that you remain focused and
     committed.

     Results that you achieve beyond this will be based on such factors as your current weight, health, and lifestyle. If
     you suffer from any medical conditions that might affect your training, it’s important that these are stated during
     your initial consultation, as these may affect your results.

     Assessments & Privacy
     Our physical, nutritional and lifestyle assessments and re-assessments are optional. All information gathered and
     discussed is treated as strictly confidential.

     Sessions to be Completed
     By starting a Wellbeing & Fitness Program you agree to train once, twice or three times a week for a 10 week
     period, depending on the package chosen. This ensures your dedication, accelerates returns in terms of results
     and gives you a set time frame to work towards, ensuring the best service for your time and money. Additional
     sessions can be booked within or in addition to your program for an additional fee.

     Punctuality
     To get the most out of each session we ask that you be ready to start when we arrive, at the agreed time.
     Sessions that start late will still finish at the predetermined time and you will be charged for the full session.

     Cancellation Policy
     We ask that you give us 24 hours notice, should you need to cancel or rearrange a session. If 24 hours is not
     given, or you are unable to reschedule a cancelled session, you will be charged for a full session. This will be
     reviewed in exceptional circumstances.

     Pricing
     Prices reflect the benefits and results achievable with investing in one of our programs. Prices are fixed, except
     Group Training sessions, which depend on the number of clients wishing to train together.
