Phase 2 – Look Better
Phase 2 will see you progress step by step towards your true health goals, energising your body and mind, making you happier, healthier, and more well-balanced.
With varied, fun, challenging exercise combined with ongoing nutrition and lifestyle advice you will experience large fitness and health gains.
You follow an effective but simple whole body resistance programme that targets specific muscle groups that complement your body shape. Your cardio-vascular training will strengthen your heart, burn fat and enhance your aerobic conditioning.
